Description:

The sites are Ngerchong outside, and Ngerchong Coral Garden (inside). The name Ngerchong is derived from one of the many types of coral predominant here. Ngerchong drift dive passes the Denges Channel entrance to the ocean, staying along the reef wall. The currents flow from S to N the steep drop off that the drift follows. It turns NE later toward Chudel Reef where it arrives at the entrance to Denges Channel (known also as Ngerchong Channel). Location: The Eastern reefs of the Palauan Islands in the Pacific, beyond Denges Passage. Ngerchong Wall is east of Ngerchong Island.
