Island-style scuba norms typically comprise the beauty of the tropics and a wreck or two. Micronesia on the other hand, offers any shape and size of marine life you can think of combined with the most enchanting and extensive underwater wreck museums in the world -and as if one Tropical Island isn't enough, Micronesia sports 2000 of them. Eden itself would have a hard time competing - the perfect spot for a bit of nuclear testing!

Covering 3 million square miles in the western Pacific ocean, the island is divided into eight groups: Guam, the Marianas, Palau, Yap, the Marshall's, Kosrae, Truk and Ponhpei. Each Island has its own unique cultural, historical and language background traditionally upheld by the elders of the tribes.

The Atolls are the result of the volcanic activity that occurred in the region millions of years ago. Many of these islands are sunken volcanoes themselves or the tips of mountains submerged below sea level. Their magnificent drop-offs make for unique and thrilling diving opportunities in water temperature well over 80 'F so a 3 mil will do the trick!
