This Urban Lake sits in The Phalen Keller Regional State Park and drains into The Mississippi River. Named after a old Irish Settler, Saint Paul. This lake is one Of the city's most popular fishing and diving sites and attrracts large crowds here throughout the year. Lots to see and explore.
