Description:

Big Portage Lake is a big, multi-sports, public access lake in the Waterloo Recreation area, off the I-94 between Jackson and Chelsea, roughly 30 minutes from Ann Arbor. There are two entry points for the public, the Waterloo boat launch and the county park where one can swim to almost any depth.
