Description:

The Maze is located just outside of the East End South Channel, making it a good location for spotting pelagics. It's famous for its spectacular network of winding crevasses leading out on to the Cayman Wall. The face of the wall winds east to west and plummets down to over 6000 feet. The top of the wall is approximately 60 feet deep by the mooring pin, which is located very centrally to the dive site and places the boat right among the best features of the reef and wall. When exploring The Maze, divers can often witness a few curious Caribbean Reef Sharks that swim by close enough to make eye contact, making for a great photo opportunity. An abundance of colourful fish and sea creatures can also be found when diving through the nooks and crannies of The Maze's paths.
