Description:

This reef was named for the abundant enveloping fire corals you will find here. Fire Coral is also known as Millepora alcicornis and is common in the waters around Bahamas. Its so called for its powerfull stinging hairs that carries poison against predators. Its a beautiful colorful reef and a very interesting dive. Be careful not to touch the corals.
