Diving at the Dead Sea? is it possible?
by Doron O
Diving in the Dead Sea is one of the most unique and exotic scuba diving journey on Earth. Usually divers do not assume it is even achievable at all. The amazing underwater scene with its magnificent salt consolidation is amazing. In a bright day you can presume to see the salt stones glowing like thousand diamonds. The perfect description is probably the reaction of one of the divers immediatly after his dive: "It is all coveredin white. It's similar to diving in an ocean of ice field, but the temperature and the weight you are holding on you, tell you you are not"

Water temps are between 18° C in Jan. to 28°-35° C in Aug. Visibility can range from 1 up to 20 meters. The Diving season is all year long.
We provide expert diving seminars based on our commercial diving practice in the Dead Sea during the last 20 years. The major purpose of this activity is to offer opportunities to all of the ambitious divers to discover this special - sole in the world - diving location. Generally we dive every Wed./Thu.
For teams over four divers it is possible to organize a different dates. The diving activity is spread on 2 days. Because of the different hard and uncompromising atmosphere the diver must prepare himself very closely up front.
