The first monthly underwater photography competition was a great success with over 120 photo entries by divetime members.

Of the 127 photos that were submitted we selected what we felt were the best 5 images out of the bunch and allowed you to vote for your favourite. The 5 finalists were Angel by Sunphol Sorakul, Facelnidae Coaster by Steven Sim, Flabellina by Yazid Yahya, Shy Nemos by Nicolas Pafsides and Seahorse by Melvin Lee.

It was a close contest with only 1 vote separating the first and second place contestants.

As the winner of this month's competition Melvin Lee will get his photograph added to the front page, featured photo slider, have his work promoted on our facebook page, as well as have the opportunity to become a featured photographer on divetime.com - Congratulations.

Entries for the October competition will be opening from Monday 4 October and will run until Friday 22nd October,

Those whom took part in the previous competition, you are welcome to enter the October competition, the only rule being that you may submit up to 5 photographs and none of them may be entered into a previous competition.
